The Rhonda player is a PCR point-of-care (POC) analyzer for the use with Rhonda disks. The Rhonda system detects infectious agents such as SARS-CoV-2, or other viral and bacterial pathogens well under one hour.
Rhonda enables the direct detection of pathogens immediately upon patient admission, i.e. at hospitals, in a safe, simple and efficient way.
Two analyses for the same pathogens can be performed in one run.
Its simple operation uses barcode scans and only three touch buttons. The analysis runs fully automated and delivers high-quality PCR results of comparable laboratory quality in well under one hour.
